Such an awesome class that I've been taking at the Pilates Project for almost three years now. I never regret it and it's the best decision I've made for my life to become more productive. If you're looking to start a new habit, I highly recommend checking out the Pilates Project. One little thing to be aware of is that the app might automatically log you out sometimes. I don't know why, but it happens quite often to me.
