Do I need a sports bra for Pilates?
I'm going to share an embarrassing moment. Yesterday, I tried Pilates with my cousin. She seemed to enjoy moving around, but I didn't because I'm shy and I don't like to talk about my breasts. I'm wondering if I should wear a sports bra for Pilates, even though I don't have a big chest.
